What do Progyny benefits cover?
To be eligible for Progyny benefits, you must be employed with an organization that offers the benefit and be enrolled in an eligible medical plan. Progyny benefits work like your other health insurance, with financial responsibility determined by your medical plan.

Progyny's Smart Cycle Model
Smart Cycle is Progyny’s unique benefits model. It’s flexible. You and your RMA of New York fertility team can mix and match treatments to create a plan that is best for you. Each treatment type is considered a portion of a Smart Cycle. Everything you need for that treatment is included, such as diagnostics, testing, lab services, treatment, and medications (if covered by your plan).
Instead of itemized billing, each Smart Cycle bundles essential services and technology so you can focus on treatment, not paperwork. You will receive bills from Progyny for covered services.
