Get to Know Dr. Lederman

What are you most passionate about professionally?

My answer is two-fold. I strive to make sure that my patients have a very peaceful experience here at RMA as they undergo what is often times a difficult and emotional journey. My second passion is my involvement with the hereditary cancer community. I enjoy working with women who have a predisposition to certain cancers, such as BRCA carriers and breast cancer. Together, we explore their treatment options as well as how their genetic status can impact their family.

When you are not in the office working, how do you like to spend your free time?

I am a big family guy so I enjoy watching my children participate in various sports and extracurricular activities. We go to the movies and cook together quite often. I’m a huge sports fan and enjoy watching any of the New York Sports teams, including the NY Mets, Knicks, and Jets. I also participate in a local softball league in the spring and summer.
