Yoga & Fitness for Fertility
Yoga and fitness training for fertility is safe, if practiced gently with a focus on relaxation, strength building, stretching and stress reduction. It can improve an individual's overall sense of wellbeing during the fertility treatment process.
RMA of New York has partnered with renowned Yoga Instructor Kristin McGee to provide yoga classes specifically tailored to the needs of women undergoing fertility treatment. Our Yoga for Fertility program is based on Hatha Yoga and focuses on relaxation, stretching and deep breathing techniques to reduce stress and tension while strengthening the body. Yoga can help improve an individual's overall sense of wellbeing during the fertility treatment process.

About Kristin McGee
Kristin McGee is a certified Yoga and Pilates Instructor, as well as an ACE certified personal trainer. Kristin teaches group classes and private clients in NYC. She has shared her extensive fitness knowledge on several television programs including CNN, The CBS Morning Show and ABC's Good Morning America. She is Health Magazine's Contributing Yoga/Fitness Editor and has also contributed to Pilates Style, Fit Yoga, Self and In Style.

NYSC's Master Trainer, Nancy Jusino, offers fitness programs specifically designed for women during the fertility treatment process and throughout pregnancy. The programs are geared towards maintaining flexibility, building endurance using light weights and elastic bands, and relieving stress and tension.
