Dr. Martha Luna
 Dr. Martha Luna joined RMA
of New York in 2005 and is currently Co-Director of RMA of New York
International, Mexico. She completed her fellowship in Reproductive
Endocrinology and Infertility at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York
City and is presently obtaining her Master’s degree in Clinical Embryology and
Andrology at Eastern Virginia Medical School and The Jones Institute for
Reproductive Medicine.
Before her fellowship, Dr. Luna was Chief Resident and
graduated with an Honorable Mention in Excellence from The Institute of
Technology and Superior Studies of Monterrey (ITESM). She was recognized and awarded for her participation in Clinical
Research and Investigation during her specialty in Obstetrics and Gynecology at
Hospital San Jose-ITESM in the city of Monterrey. She obtained her Doctorate of
Medicine with honors, being first in her class, from The University of
Guadalajara.
Dr. Luna is the principal
investigator for many studies and has published a significant number of
insightful peer-reviewed articles and patient targeted fertility publications. Her
areas of professional expertise include reproductive aging, recurrent pregnancy
loss, in vitro-fertilization (IVF), and preimplantation genetic diagnosis
(PGD). She has presented her research in multiple national and international
scientific meetings. Dr. Luna has
lectured extensively, including on topics such as diminished ovarian reserve,
in vitro fertilization, and preimplantation genetic diagnosis.
Dr. Luna is a member of the
American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG) and the American Society
for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).
She is board certified by the Mexico College of Obstetricians and
Gynecologists.
